Application basics

It can be applied to vehicles between 0 and 5 years old and with up to 60,000 km.
The engine warranty will start as of the installation date and will be valid provided that it remains within the vehicle's manufacturer's warranty limits.
2A Engine Warranty will expire simultaneously with the manufacturer's warranty.
Vehicles in the risk group declared by 2A will be excluded from the scope of application.
LPG periodic maintenance must be complete.
The warranty of vehicles without original filters will be void.
Vehicles in which non-BRC parts are used or repaired outside the authorized dealer will be out of warranty.
It is mandatory to activate the VSR strategy in the adjustment-calibration of vehicles with engine warranty.
The engine warranty will be arranged on the screen that appears after the vehicle's warranty certificate is created in the 2A Portal.
There is an automatic redirect to the payment page on the engine warranty screen, the warranty fee will be made by customer card or in cash and the invoice will be issued directly to the customer by 2A.
After the guarantee payment, the contract created in the system will be printed, signed and sent to 2A via mail/courier.
In case of possible damage, 2A will be informed before any intervention is made to the vehicle. Repairs made without notifying 2A are not covered.
Repairs will be carried out at the services to be directed by 2A.
